CHECK-IN

• Lodgings will be available from 16h.
• During periods of maximum occupancy, entry to the accommodation may be delayed.
• On your arrival, please park in the outside car park reserved exclusively for our clients and then go to the reception to check-in.
• Register You must register before entering the campsite with car. Thank you.
• The reception is located after the barriers.
• ID or Passport is required to all people who occupy the lodging. Under current legislation, those from 14 years old have the obligation to present their ID or  passport.
• Driving license is not valid as identification.
• It is prohibited to introduce unregistered people into the campsite.
• Minors Entrance to persons under 18 years old who are not accompanied by an adult will not be admitted.
  
  Maximum capacity of people
• It is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of occupants provided for the type of accommodation booked.
• A baby or child counts as an occupant.
• Balance of the rent: must be paid on arrival by card (Visa, Maestro or Mastercard) or cash.
• Cash payment limits in Spain.
• Cash payments above 1,000 Euros are prohibited.
• No partial payments either if the total invoice exceeds 1,000 euros.
• Security deposit: is required upon check-in. you will be asked to provide a credit card number.
• It will be held only to be used in case of damages occurred during your stay
• 180 Euros (130 Euros in concept of breaks, damages, losses, etc and 50 Euros as a cleaning fee if the lodging is not clean and tidy in the same way as it was found.  Lost key 40 Euros
• Something wrong on arrival: If upon arrival you notice something that is not working, it must be inmediately notified to the reception.

CHECK-OUT

• Before 11h a.m.
• On departure: The accommodation left clean how it was given to you, in optimal condition.
• Late check-out 6 p.m. maximum in low and mid-season, with additional cost and depending on availability.
  
  Things left behind
• Forgotten or left items found in the accommodation after check-out time will be considered abandoned.
• Staff will remove them without liability for loss or damage.

GENERAL RULES

• Domestical animals: NO pets in or outside the lodgings.
• Bbq: Making fires on the site is forbidden. Only gas bbq are permitted.
• Visitors: Visitors will only be allowed if invited by a camping guest. An official identity document must be provided for each person and the corresponding visitor fee shall be paid upon registration. into the campsite. Visiting hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Pool: Lifeguard’s instructions as well as the pool rules, posted at the entrance must be followed.
• Noise: The sound level produced by the clients themselves, devices and appliances will not have to cause discomfort to clients.  It is also applicable in common areas.
• Civism Vandalism, aggression, drunkenness, or theft are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Those involved must leave the facilities without the possibility of any remuneration.
• Lost or stolen property: The Management does not take any responsibility of lost or stolen goods.
• Vehicles: 1 vehicle is allowed per lodging and has to be parked at the assigned parking place. 
• Maximum speed within the campsite: 10 Km/h.
• Bicycles, Skates, etc. Inside the campsite traffic rules and speed have to be respected.
• At night adequate lighting to circulate and to be well identified by other vehicles is needed.
• Electric scooters are prohibited
• Quiet hours You must fully respect the hours of silence (from 00:00h to 8:00h)
• It is not allowed to circulate with a vehicle inside the campsite between 00:00h and 8:00h.
• (except in case of emergency)
• The gate is closed from midnight to 8 a.m. Anyone arriving during this time must leave their car/motorcycle in the outdoor parking lot, which is guarded overnight.
