DAY OF ARRIVAL

• Accommodation will be available from 4 pm.
• During peak periods, check-in times at accommodation may be delayed.
• On arrival, please park in the outdoor car park reserved exclusively for our customers.
• You must register before driving in.
• Check-in: All guests must present their national identity card or passport at check-in.
• A driving licence is not valid as a form of identification.
• Under current legislation, anyone aged 14 or over is required to present their identity card or passport.
• Minors: Children under the age of 18 will not be admitted unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout their stay.
  
  Maximum capacity
• It is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of guests permitted for the type of accommodation booked.
• A baby or a child counts as a person.
• Payment: The outstanding balance, tourist tax and security deposit must be paid on arrival at the campsite in cash or by credit card (Visa, Maestro or Mastercard).
  
  Cash payment limit.
• We cannot accept cash payments for invoices totalling more than 1,000 euros
• Nor are partial payments accepted if the total amount of the invoice exceeds 1,000 euros.
• Security deposit:
• €180 (€130 for any damage or breakages and €50 for cleaning) €40 for loss of key.
• On arrival, we will ask you to provide us with a credit card number to cover any damage or loss of items in your accommodation.
• Please inform reception If you notice that something is not working on arrival, please inform reception immediately.
• You are not permitted to change your accompanying guests during your stay.

DEPARTURE DATE

• The accommodation must be vacated by 11.00.
• The accommodation must be left clean and tidy, just as it was handed over, in excellent condition.
• Late check-out: In low and mid season. Check-out by 6.00 pm at the latest, subject to an additional charge. This can be arranged on the day of departure, subject to availability.
• Items left behind / abandoned.
• Any item left in the accommodation after the stipulated check-out time will be considered abandoned.
• The campsite staff will remove it without accepting any liability.

GENERAL RULES

• Pets: Not permitted for either residents or visitors.
• Barbecues: Barbecues using wood or charcoal are prohibited.
• Only gas barbecues are permitted.
• Visitors: You must register and pay the stipulated fee. You may not stay overnight at the accommodation.
• Visiting hours: from 10 am to 7 pm.
• Swimming pool: You must strictly follow the lifeguard’s instructions and the pool rules displayed at the entrance. Only traditional swimming trunks, bikinis and men’s swimming trunks are permitted.
• Noise: during the day, the noise levels caused by guests themselves, as well as by devices and appliances, must not cause a nuisance to neighbours and other guests. This also applies in communal areas.
• Good behaviour: Vandalism, drunkenness, aggressive behaviour and theft are not tolerated under any circumstances. Those involved must leave the premises without any possibility of compensation.
• Espacio sin humo: Seprohíbe fumar en todas las instalaciones del camping, incluidas las piscinas.
• Theft, Loss, Damage: The campsite accepts no liability.
• Vehicle: One vehicle is permitted per accommodation unit, and it must be parked in the designated area. The speed of any vehicle within the campsite grounds must not exceed 10 km/h.
• Bicycles, scooters and similar vehicles must not travel at speeds exceeding 10 km/h. At night, you must carry suitable lights for riding and be clearly visible.
• Electric scooters are not permitted
• Quiet hours (00:00 to 08:00). All forms of noise or talking will be avoided so as not to disturb guests’ rest
• Vehicles are not permitted on the roads during quiet hours from 00:00 to 08:00 (except in emergencies).
• The barrier is closed from 00:00 to 08:00. Anyone arriving during this time must leave their car or motorbike in the outdoor car park.
