Information
- Price in Euros (€ EUR).
VAT 10% included. In case of official VAT variation, rates may change. - Tourist Tax not incluided: 0,66€/night per person (+ 17y) for a maximum of 7 nights
- Arrival: accommodations will be ready from 16:00h.
- Departure: accommodations must be left before 11:00h.
- Late Checkout
During Low and Mid seasons, we allow late check-out (max. 17:00h). According to availability and always with previous request at the reception.
Conditions
- The Reservation will be effective upon receipt of the corresponding deposit (40% of the total amount of the stay).
- The rest of the total amount must be paid on the day of arrival along with a deposit that will be given at the time of entry (€ 130 for any breakage, losses, etc. + € 50 in concept of cleaning) that will be returned on the day of departure if everything is correct.
- À l’arrivée, il vous sera demandé de fournir un numéro de carte de crèdit. Pour être utilisée uniquement en cas de dommages survenus pendant votre séjour.
- The accommodation will be left clean and picked up as delivered.
Annulation
- 8 -7 semaines avant le jour d’arrivée ………. 30% Rétention
- 6 semaines avant le jour d’arrivée ………….. 45% Rétention
- 5 – 3 semaines avant le jour d’arrivée …….. 60 % Rétention
- 2 semaines avant le jour d’arrivée ………….100% Rétention
- Frais d’annulation minimum: 35€
